The Experimental Workshop, or XWorkshop is where the Allies defy physics on a daily business by playing with the most basic properties of the universe. That, and constructing various experimental ground vehicles to support the current Allied arsenal.
In addition, once approved from the Defense Bureau the Experimental Workshop can be upgraded to utilize a Fusion reactor, which gives the building a higher power output but also makes it notably more unstable.
