Brief | Confuses enemies and make sweet light shows. |
The Confederate reliance on PAWI and fiber optic tech has caused no shortage of headaches to Allied commanders in America. The threat of enemy Beagle tanks or enemy thieves appearing from nothing has so distracted Allied command that, in their scramble to gather countermeasures, they forget that sometimes, the simplest tricks work the best.
A decoy drop is a simple flare placed in the enemy's area of operations which, given the Confederate's usage of flares to signal other attacks and operations, has forced many a europerialist to divert patrols from a vital area to counter-attack the inevitable assault that never comes, or more to the point, forces troops to a more defensible position, leaving a valuable stretch of land for the taking.
