So I've been wondering about Minor Factions and how they do Harvesting, not to mention how their Radars would work.

I mean I've read the Minor Faction Logistics page:

But how would the other Minor Factions gather resources? And we do know how the ARVN Rangers and Vietcong get their radars but what about the other Minors?
