In a battlefield with the Electrical Protectorate, screams fill the air more than any other battlefield. However, not all of these screams are human.

The Basilisk Module is a supplementary program, designed to be utilised by Protectorate units. When run, this program analyses the exact conditions required to weaponise sound in this battle. Decibel level, frequency, type and modulation are all calculated to inhuman degrees, in a process taking only seconds. Once this process has been completed, nanites reconfigure the unit's weapons into modified speakers designed to maximise the effectiveness of this weapon.

Although the oversized speakers may look comical, any jokes are silenced by an inhuman screech. This sound overwhelms human sensory input, causing temporary deafness, vertigo, migranes and shock, and incapacitating them to be finished off. As well as this, the pressure wave that these speakers generate smashes through buildings with ease, turning them to rubble.
