Special order targeted protocols that buff units maybe?

Yeah this is an old discussion but it's still valid, all factions are gonna need a construction vehicle, which should probably all be put onto one page like the Minor Faction Logistics and Expansion pages. Additionally though MFD Naval Combat is gonna be light I think some one minor shore defence might be in order, maybe a torpedo turret of something.

Something like that, actually if the virus spreads this could too, just worried having all your infantry being erased in a cascading fireball would be too op.

Cindermix is the arsonist heroic chemical, infantry killed by the needle rifle of a heroic arsonists explode in a fireball, might be cool to have it be able to chain react but that might be unbalanced.

Also a page detailing some Cult Chemicals might not be amiss, I nominate the improved incendiary chemical used by Heroic Arsonists be dubbed "Cindermix"

Yeah a full blown warhead would be hard to slip out of China without anyone knowing. Dirty bombs are going to vastly upset the balance of power though so I want to clear that up.

Another thing I want to discuss here is the proliferation of Atomics. With other factions getting involved in China, specifically in exchange for Jade. As per the Black Market Upgrades even the GLA have smuggled some Jade and various AKoC scraps out of China. Notably the Cult is interested in supporting some Blue Chinese fiefdoms, in exchange for Rare Metals and Jade. What I want to know is what factions (specifically the Black Hand) will be able to do with that.

Right, now onto existing matters the Avenger needs a fully filled out unit box and some kinda backstory. Bob got the ball rolling with saying that they were introduced as Cultists with heavier rifles and some kind of drug that seems to induce limited precognition, and threw that against the biplanes the Talon used against them circa WWI.

Ehh, I guess, as it would open up a can of worms, but at least some maybe some crystals found in ancient trinkets because they were cool and the crystals were found in the area rather than full blown Ray Guns. These could then be used to focus a Gen-1 Spectrum Type Beams using some other particle.

True but they've also got the more arcane stuff like the Particle Beams, which could be an evolved Gen-1 Spectrum Weapon, but the Faction Bible states they do have access to lost tech, such as the Baghdad Battery which suggests some Ancient Lost Tech a la Atlantis. Now mind you these aren't the descendants of Atlanteans, it wouldn't even be from Atlantis, but perhaps they stumbled upon some advanced ancient civilization in Sarajevo, perhaps one that destroyed itself with this tech. Now fully functioning ray guns wouldn't be pulled from the digsites, but perhaps some sort of crystals and Trinkets were found by the current incarnation of Seth or something and used it to enhance whatever scraps they found.

In any case, one thing we're gonna have to decide on is how much of the Cult's Tech Level is gonna be based on Nod. In the Tiberium Wars timeline Nod is quite technologically advanced, in some cases even to the GDI. In this timeline I think it's something a bit more Arcane, not psychic or magic but just long lost tech applied to their infantry and tanks. Some kinda Atlantean like thing, not from Atlantis of course but kinda similar. Of course this is all up in the air, but that's what I think it should be.
