It features additional warehouses, perhaps some hangars or workshops with machine parts scattered about and incrates from the confederates.

The confederates are mainly focused on making blue chinese vehicles better so having lotsof vehicle related stuff makes sense.

Yeah workshops and hangars work, what about Smokestacks? I know the Rebs put a lot of value on environmentalism, but it might fit.

Perhaps some natural gas ones, yes. But not much steam or smoke since thats too much like the Talon.
