Thinking of adding a few new II Characters to the Shareholders list, mostly to add Shareholders who specialize in air and sea. As all the given shareholders are based off existing fictional characters, I think Cipher from ACZ would be a good one, with Pixy as his right hand man, under different names of course. Captain Nemo is also a possibility for another, though his political leanings would have to be significantly changed to do so. Other than that I'm not sure who else could be added. Next on the list is the II Advanced Research Project Agency, which I think could be added in lore, but not to the units for II to have a chance to adapt to the changing times with these new Paradox Technologies.
